Ai Chi is a water version of exercise similar to the ancient Chinese practice of T’ai Chi.
Japanese Swim Coach, Jun Konno created Ai Chi in the early 1990’s. This water form of exercise is easily performed in shoulder deep water. Knowing how to swim is not a prerequisite.
