About Jahara
Jahara is an exceptional aquatic therapy grounded in healthy body mechanics and awareness: using the gentle power of water. It consists of ActivExerciseTM, passive Aligned FloatingTM, and continuous circular movements combined with micro-adjustments of the structural alignment of the body.
